In short: A good Park race
In full: I really like this run, because its local and a challenging start to my running year. We don't need T shirts and a medal, just one is fine, would prefer a banana or lucozade or something. Great location, perhaps a touch busy in late morning.

In short: Really liked it but I'm an occasional jogger. Only suggestion is to have a timing board at end.

In short: KM markers would have been a great help for newcomers trying to learn how to get the pace right ri

In short: parkland quick course (4 laps) for a tenner
In full: For £10 you get water stations, a t-shirt,and a nice medal. Should not grumble for the price. Things for the organisers to consider for next time - 1100 start was a bit late as by the end of the race the park was very busy with dog walkers and families blocking the paths - 4 laps!!! - No clock and unsure where the finish line was - Marshalls. Some were not the slightest bit interested and after a few laps were not needed anyway.

In short: Fine for a first 10k
In full: My first 10k so fine for beginners as its a flat and undemanding course and Bushy Park is a lovely park. The race was not particualry atmospheric, but alright. Same course as the Parkrun where things are a little bit slicker, but hey, they do it every week here. My only minor quibble was the lack of small T-shirts, not sure the XL will ever see the light of day, which is a shame as I can't show off my achievement!

In short: I enjoyed it.
In full: I enjoyed it, saw deer in the park with huge antlers and shaved 30 seconds of my PB as it was flat. Nice medal.
