In short: An ok event, good course & road closures made up for the late start, inadequate announcements & inaudible PA
In full: Parking arrangements were good, as was the course with km markers, fluid stops & closed roads.

Unfortunately the start was delayed significantly & we were kept waiting around for 45 minutes with only 1 announcement citing problems getting traffic onsite, when the race briefing was given it was inaudible on the start line or near the back of the arena.

In short: great course ... terrible organisation
In full: The course is a dream, two minor hills and the last 1K is downhill all the way to the end. But ... we waited 45 mins on the start line due to a 'technical delay'. There were announcements which none of the runners could hear and they started the 5K runners off first then the 10K runners 10 mins later. This meant the pace car for the 10K runners was trying to drive through the 5K runners ... very dangerous. Also the official car park had no signs to tell you that you would not be able to exit until the end of the race. So stuck there for over an hour and a half. But the course and medal were worth it.

In short: enjoyable run.
In full: I believe its the first year of this race. Maybe next year they could put the sound system nearer the start otherwise thanks for a great day.Thank you to all the Marshalls and the crowd. I think it would be great to have this as an annual and in time perhaps expand to include a half Marathon.
