In short: Friendly and Fast
In full: Well organised with a very nice route along the river. A shame about the previous days rain which made part of the towpath a bit wet and slippery, but the flat course was enjoyable and fast. Smallish field but a good mix of abilities and an MC with a few amusing quips to send us off and bring us home. Recommended.

In short: I liked the announcer's sense of humour, especially when he asked if there were any sub 30 minute runers there. The 5 km stretch along the Thames was uplifting. Shame that the long winter meant no daffodils in the wooded part. Was that Oxford or Cas

In short: Great scenery!!
In full: Great scenery and a lovely day for a run along the Thames. Fast run, great for a new PB. Marshalls between 7-8km were great however the others were quiet and provided no real encouragement. Medal was ok, but there could have been more in the goody bag.

In short: A nice quick run along the river
In full: Well organised, good course and friendly marshals. Chip timing, 2 drink stations and finish line goodies so overall a very pleasant experience. Having done the Richmond 10k two weeks ago (by the same organisers) i am looking forward to seeing the results online later today!
