In short: fantastic race ,brilliant marshals ,support was outstanding and the finish on the race course gives you the lift you need for that all important sprint for the camera !!

In short: Really good race - names on numbers a great touch - very friendly!
In full: Really cant fault this race. Really good course - few inclines but mostly flat. Communication up to the date was superb - good use of social media and email. Goody bag very good, as was the quality of the medal. Drinking stations plentiful, well stocked and most importantly manned by brilliant volunteers. Atmosphere was brilliant and the names on the numbers increases your level of support. Would recommend this to anyone from first timer to regular marathon runner!

In short: Chester promised lots and delivered on every level: brilliant event - fab location
In full: Delighted with every aspect of this event. Great organisation; support; fab goody bag; great welcome as I finished; super water/food/hydration stations. Brilliant atmosphere - lots of shouty noisy happy people on course in many places, but some really peaceful rural bits to savour. Certainly a challenge in the second half - defo undulating, but with supporters on course this made easier. Good start/finish area. good communication in the run up to and post event.

In short: Brilliant!!! I loved every minute of it even the tough minutes. Would defo recommend and I would do it again next month!!

In short: This race is definitely amongst my favourites.
In full: It's challenging in parts. Hillier than expected but the crowd and marshal support is amazing. I managed to get my marathon PB so it is doable but won't be a stroll in the park.
Loved the goody bag and the fact that I was greeted over the finish line was a lovely touch. I would definitely do this race again.
