In short: The standard is improving at this race! Posted the same time as last year but finished forty places further down the list. Better luck next year.

In short: Good for beginners too!
In full: I thought the race was fantastic. It was my second ever 10K and third ever race. Nice long open roads, lovely scenery and hills (slopes?) that go down as well as up!!

In short: Running in the snow covered field of Lancashire
In full: A very nice run along the roads around Clithereo, especially with the snow making for much nicer veiws.
The runners where very quiet, with little or no banter or conversation. But if that isn't important, then a very enjoyable run.
The terrain is up and down, but none of the ups are steep of long, just steady climbs.
Will be doing this one again next year!
