In short: The Best 10k in the UK
In full: First time I ran this race, I have been running for over 20 years, all over the UK and Europe, takes a good race to please me as so many races are Not value for money, 'penny pinching', over crucial things, like water.

I would highly recomend this race. 10 out of 10.

In full: This was my first 10k and it was perfect. It has definately given me the bug to carry on and push my distances and times. It was a great fun event and from the start to the finish it was a brilliant race.

In short: Now I know why it was voted one of the Best 10K's in the country!!
In full: The route entertainment was great particularly the drums! It was uplifting and encouraging. Although it was cold and wet and the queues for the car park shuttle buses were long, I still came away from the event very uplifted and filled with the glow of adreneline

other races would have just stareted on time and sod it if you are late !! the race was well organised plenty of support throughout elvis made me run faster he was awful! goody bag fantastic massage free at end of race all in all best 10k period all money to charity not like some who take big chunk for themselves well done to all runners on a cold wet day we are all barking !
