In short: very scenic, well organised run
In full: Nice scenic run especially the second half along the Tarka Trail. Very well organised and friendly encouraging marshalls. Many thanks to people of Bideford who turned out on a lovely sunny Sunday morning to give their support.

In short: a run of two halves, both equally good
In full: This is a great training run for upcoming marathons. I am concentrating on starting fairly slowly and speeding up, with the first 6 miles being undulating thi was just what the doctor ordered. A fast second half to the race is a great confidence boost. And I got a pb! Second year and just as good. Will be back next year.

In short: Just done my 8th in a row intend to keep on doing year on year
In full: Only problem is the race may become too popular. I did the 5th race with approx 150 runners now its 800 and it will keep on growing.

In short: Great day out, I'll come back next year.
In full: First half is hilly enough to keep you interested but not demoralised. Second half is flat and straight but the scenery makes up for it. My first time here and I thought the Marshals did a great job. Bottled water was great, better than the tap water in plastic cups that can turn up at bigger events.
