In short: A great Autumn run on rural roads without taxing hill climbs
In full: This was my second year running this course and achieved PB. The organisation was excellent and thanks for the pre-race warning about the flooded bridge. Traffic is always going to be an issue with this route, but the marshalls performed superbly and the locals seemed better informed. Good support all round the course. The goody bags were a marked improvement from last years t-shirt.

In short: One of my most favourite 10ks.
In full: This was my friends first 10k and she really enjoyed it. Marshalls are brilliant with the slower runners. I will be back next year if I can. Well done Billericay Striders.

In short: Nice gently undulating course - excellently organised!
In full: Billericay Striders you do know how to put a race on! Thanks and well done to all Marshals. Friendly, helpful and encouraging throughout! Spacious finish area and nice goody bag. Mars Bar - went down well in car on way home. Already in the diary for next year.

In short: congrates to striders good marshalling-bit of chaos at start- testing coursey
In full: well organised- start needs to be sorted as slow runners were at front on a course that narrowed early on - but once clear of the jam it was very well marshalled and plenty of support.Hills very early on made for honest running, good course in the countryside made more special with the light mist- a few inconsiderate drivers on final 400m made it a wee bit of an extra challenge .striders should be well pleased

In short: Well done Billericay for once again organising a good 10k. The hill at the start keeps you honest and once in the country a good course
In full: Starting with a well organised car park and a nice warm place to meet with a good selection of snacks etc. the event moves on to a well organised start and a good course that is pretty quick once the first kilometre is negotiated. Helpful and friendly marshals (plenty of them) guide you round the course on to a spacious finishing area. Only two small bug bears, no date on the tee-shirt and the old gripe of the slowest runners insisting on starting near the front and blocking the road for the pretty slow runners who do go to the back of the grid to let the quick boys and girls race.
