In short: pb material
In full: nice local race-with a big pb potential. Fair mix of all abilities. Nice momento with water/Lucozade and a Banana at finish.Lovely atmosphere at finish. One niggle did not state extra on the day to register.

In short: I agree with the comments about no UKA licence it makes it Mickey Mouse and a bit out for profit which is a shame because the route is good and quite challenging so not enough gained for the money spent

In short: Great run, great organisation
In full: As with the Lichfield Half, KP Events showed that they really know how to organise a race properly (Ultramarathon could learn a thing or two from them, but that's another story). Good, challenging course, VERY well marshalled (top marks for friendliness and encouragement), excellent goody bag stuff and the memento is really good and a bit different. Well done to all involved.

In short: Starting place changed with no notifaction
In full: Turned up with plenty of time before start, to be told the start had been moved to another part of the park (several miles away), but the security guard did no know any directions to the start!!
Arrived at nw start with 10 mins to go, had to collect race number, only two loos available. Runners called to start, then had to wait a further 10 mins as not everyone had arrived.
Could do a lot better for the £15 online fee.

In short: KP events nail it again.
In full: Really well organised, lovely marshals and really good quality finishers award and freebies.
KP Events are a real quality events organiser and myself and my partner actively look out for events run by them as they are always so well organised.

In short: Poorly organised and tough going!
In full: Been running a year and this has to be the most uncomfortable race I've done - disappointed as ended up not finishing. It was a very hot day and we felt it so maybe that's all it was! Ended up giving up at the tough hill just before 5k - felt like the longest hill ever then ended up not carrying on. Only 2 toilets at the start - not a great day overall.

In short: Miffed there was no UKA License
In full: Entered this race to get a PB and did it, but my actual time was 15 seconds faster than one I recorded on my watch, which was strange. Was dissapointed there was no UKA license as it could mean the course is not accurate. It will get regarded as a mickey mouse race in the future. Don't think I'll be entering it again.
