In short: A good well organised race, but lacking any outstanding features.
In full: The rain cleared in time for the start so it started in a high, the route to the actual start from the race HQ went through a bottle neck meaning that many did not get there until after the gun had gone off. Generally good route, fairly flat with plently of PB potential - I did overhear one man saying afterwards that he'd saved 3 minutesoff his 10k PB. My only gripe was that the scenery was so dull, a large part of the route is over an airfield and while this meant it was traffic free it was rather boring. The organisation was good and a nice t shirt at the end. I'll do it next year but only because it's local.

In short: Friendly, well organised, race on a flat course. PB for me :-)
In full: Great race! Thank-you to the marshals who must have been feeling that chilly Northerly which made parts of the airfield seem like hard work.

In short: Excellent organisation with friendly marshalls, good fast course
In full: Excellent race, well organised, marshalls handled the cars and runners with good grace. Nice T-shirt. Signage from the village lacking (although I know where it is for next year!)

In short: Very well organised. Good course. Excellent marshals.
In full: Starting with excellent signage in the village to the Race HQ the race organisation was great from start to finish. All the marshals were extremely friendly. Definitely PB potential but not for me this year ! - bit exposed to the wind round the airfield but generally good. HQ excellent including the bacon butties.

In short: Fast, flat and friendly. What more could you want?
In full: Very fast, flat course. The airfield section is felt like a bit of a slog, but given the massive PB I'm not complaining! Lots of very friendly and encouraging marshals, thanks for giving up your Sunday morning to make the race so successful.
