In short: Fun race for all.
In full: Did this, Chester & Nottingham half and this is by far the best. Great atmosphere all round the course, especially at the start and end. This was the 2nd time I've done the race - the first year I didn't know what to expect and was thrown a bit by the two hills. This year I was prepared and it paid off, although Milton Road is still a toughie.
The big question is - Milton Road, to run or not to run. For me, it's to run. Being a bloke it's what we do, although I passed some ladies walking, they quickly caught up after and passed me!
Last year the running Daffodil beat me by a couple of mins and I wouldn't let someone dressed as a huge flower beat me this year (full respect to whoever it is as they put in a great time).
Managed a PB of 1:41 and hammered 13 minutes off my Chester time from a month earlier.

In short: Great atmosphere
In full: Great race, brilliant atmosphere with loads of friendly locals willing you up the hills. Definitely a town race, didn't see any rural!Plenty of impromptu water/sweets and hose pipes proffered en route by the kindly spectators and proper water bottles at the official water stations.
Great finish and thanks to the Milton Road hill only just managed a medal!

In short: hilly-hellish-heaven!
In full: 2nd year doing this run - I made a silly mistake of running this with a hangover!! The challenge needs to be respected on this course as them hills are killer!
Great atmosphere - only complaint is the lack of water and sports-drink @ the start!! Lucosade had a stand here last year and I missed it not being there on race day again!

In short: Still the best support of any race I've seen
In full: Probably the most enjoyable Potters Arf of the 4 I've now done, parking seemed much easier this year, the weather was perfect for running, the crowds were brilliant as always and I managed a better time than I was expecting :)
Anyone who's not done Potters, get yourself on it for 2011 you'll love it.

In short: Tough course but the good turnout makes it well worth the effort. The hills make it interesting and seperate the men from the boys!

In short: Great race!! Superb support and clockwork organisation.
In full: With all the hills and the hot weather this race is a good challenge, but the phenomenal support all the way round the course really helps. Special mention to those with the hose pipes, supersoakers and jelly babies!
