In short: Ronseal
In full: This was an unpretentious no-frills proper road race, geared towards the serious runner (county championship incorporated) to which a few slower types such as myself were able to tag along.

Well organised and marshalled with good facilities at Race HQ.

In short: Very Fast Race - Organisers did great job making sure course was safe.
In full: A big thanks to the organisers who did a good job making sure the course was safe and succeeded in staging the race when so many others were cancelled this weekend. You don't run this race for the view, you run it to get a fast time - good for a PB. WIll definitely be doing it next year.

In short: Scenery dull but Marshals were good.
In full: Water distribution was poor - none available on finishing race, or not ready on first lap round,
Lap nature makes it a little difficult.
Marshals very good and organisation was good. Facilities good at school.

In short: Good Training
In full: There were a fair number of club runners which from past experience usually means the race is worth running. It might have only been 3 laps of suburbia, but I felt it was a good competitive warm up to the Brighton Half marathon in a couple of weeks. Worth doing
