In short: first time at this race, brilliant scenery with a couple of killer hills, and I mean killer tshirt at the end was definitely the best part!!

In short: Fanastic event that starts and finishes at Ripley Castle.
In full: Ran this for the first time this year. very well organised (but could do with more toilets), great scenery, challenging hills, and a brilliant goody bag (for life). To cap it all managed to get a PB for this distance. Will definately run again next year. Liked Guy Fawkes carrying his bomb in the Castle grounds!

In short: Hilly but very enjoyable
In full: This is the first time i've run this race and I loved every minute of it.
There were a few of really nasty hills, (saw many resort to walking up)however there were enough decents to catch your breath between them. There was a great atmosphere and the t-shirt & goody bag were excellent. Will definately be back again next yr.

In short: Still my favourite race
In full: Many thanks to Nidd Valley for another excellent race. Helpful marshalls, happy drinks table crews (good to see the girls were still at mile 7+)and the best value for money goodie bag and T shirt you'll ever find. It's probably not PB potential, but sometimes you have to run just to run
