In short: Another great Sodbury Slog!
In full: Another great Sodbury Slog, but please don’t tell anyone ‘cos this race is getting bigger and more popular every year. Please don’t let it get too big.

They managed to prevent a lot of the queues this year. Well done to the marshals too.

In short: A muddy x-country run you do for a laugh!
In full: EXCELLENT organisation, and a great change from pretty much all other races. Everyone should do this race at least once (this was my third) because of the spirit of the day, the friendly nature of everyone and because it is so different from what most runners do! Thanks to all the marshalls, and organisers!

In short: Forget PBs and placings - the route is carefully planned for fun features e.g. mud, bogs, water and the most slippery routes up and down the hills.

In short: Great fun couldn't stop smiling
In full: Fantastic race - you could make it as hard as you like. There were a few bottlenecks that could have perhaps been avoided by taking the gates off at the hinges, and the marshalls could have been sterner with the saucy gits that could not wait in turn. Superb way to spend a sunday morning tho. I will be there next year for sure.

In short: Don't wear your best shoes!!
In full: Carrying a slight injury, my aim was simply to finish the race. Towards the end, I found myself in the strange situation where i was running in agony but couldn't help but smile and chuckle at the obserdity of the whole thing. In hindsight, probably my new favourite race.
