In short: 6 yers since I last raced a 10K. The best local race for me
In full: It is one of my all time favourite so far as i have only done a few short races. Preparing for a marathon next year.Ecellent race to keep me focused. Thanks Russ Corsini, you don't know me but I was on your tail to about the 6.5 K mark then you started to pull away a bit. I'll be back as they say.

In short: A very well organised and friendly race, but I wouldn't call it flat.
In full: This was an incredibly well organised race, and had a big races-style atmosphere with the music, running shops and pre-race massages in the club. I would say it's definitely an undulating course, though, so was a bit disappointed with the pain I suffered trying fruitlessly to go for a PB. I suspect it was a pretty course, but I was hurting too much to look at it too much. I'll do it again, but just won't expect a great time. I loved the coaster.

In short: If you only do one race a year this is the one to do
In full: Well marshalled, free pre and post race massage - first ive ever been offered. good parking facilities , toilet and changing on hand , bar facilities, running shop for those last minute must haves, food available - this race had absolutely everything you need - other races will seem boring compared to this.

a definite PB course - not entirely flat but fast.

get your entry in early for this next year, too good to miss.

In short: I can see why it's oversubscibed!
In full: Superb organisation and marshalling, lovely rural course, great pre/ post race facilities (incl free massage), unusual memento - and all for under a tenner. Can't fault it and will definitely be entering early next year to be sure of a place.
