In short: Beautiful location - watch for the weather
In full: Amazing location - beware the welsh weather!Beginner friendly only if your under 5 hours on this tough course, by the time I got in, hardly any supporters on the way round and everyone mostly packed and gone even though I was in on 5 and half hours.

In short: Fantastic race. Its as good as they say.
In full: This was a very special race and unlike any marathon that I had done before. The views were spectacular enough to drag you up the hills and the downhills were fantastic although controlling your legs after 24M was tricky. A nasty twist as you entered Llanberis so near to the finish only to be diverted away up another incline (torture). What a sense of achievement though on finishing this marathon. My only ctiticism would be the showering facilities post-race. There were only 3 ladies showers in the portacabin in the carpark and as the light didnt work the door had to be left wide open! I hope to be back next year.

In short: Well, the first half it didn't rain....
In full: Great day, a very special event. Didn't really notice the organisation, which is how it should be but very much appreciated. The rain in the second half of the race was a Godsend and although I was warned countless times about the final "hill" nothing prepared me for that. This is going to be a regular in my calendar, hopefully we'll be there for 50th anniversary.

In short: Great race - Well done to Jayne and her team
In full: Under different organisation this year and from my perspective even better than usual with bag drop off at start and collection at end, good drinks and quality mementos. Superb scenery and that last hill never gets any easier!
