In short: Wild wet and windy! Wonderful Wales!!!!
In full: That was the most fun I have had with half my clothes on!

I can't believe people chose this as their first race.

You can not call yourself a marathon runner until you have completed this one :-)

In short: Great marathon
In full: A great race but the weather was the pits! Marshalling & drinks stations excellent. A very well organised race. The only reason I would not do it again is because there are too many others to do out there. Well done Nat Trust & Hyder. I hopefully will have recovered by the end of the week!

In short: Brilliant race, but a real test in horrendous weather.
In full: So many positives, great course, great organisation, fantastic support from the spectators/residents and marshals, good friendly spirit amongst runners, well stocked water stations with a choice of three drinks (and mars bars!, and an emotional feeling running along the finishing straight to big cheers! A memerable day! The horrendous weather will hopefully not reappear next year though!

In short: Interesting weather, a challange!
In full: The drivuing rain brough everyone together at the beginning. Remember to run up the last hill, I picked up 50 places. Huge feeling of relief and achievment, at the end.

In short: Hard then easy then hard then easy then dead hard then finish
In full: The friendliness of everyone in the race has to be experienced to be believed. It is because there is no pressure for a PB and the hardships of the race bring everyone together. You finish it and itmeans you have won, it's as simple as that.
