In short: It was amazing!
In full: Big thank you to the marshalls, it was awful conditons to run in but must have been horrendous for the marshalls having to stand for hours in it.
First time and I will be back!

In short: Great atmosphere, scenery and marshalls. Really enjoyed it .
In full: It was my first time doing this event. It lived up to my expectations, though the weather made the climb over the hill in the last few miles somewhat "interesting"! Shame the food seemed to have run out or blown away for us slower runners. The marashalls and arrendants at the water stations were brilliant - so cheerful in such horrible conditions.

In short: My first marathon, and the weather was appaling, but never the less a fantastic event and the few shortcomings were realy only the result of the weather

In full: Top race even in extremely poor conditions. Top organisation but sort the weather out please !!!!

In short: Wind and rain
In full: I really enjoyed this. Yes it was wet, windy and very tough. The uphills were tough and the last downhill was a killer but was smiling all the way home

In short: Snowdon might become too popular and i know why.
In full: The weather was bad but we actually finished alot lower than we started so a downhill race!!!The event is so popular but might be getting too big for the organisation etc.A baggage tent might be an answer as would a finishers tent to get t shirt etc.

In full: This was a great race. My third marathon and easily my favourite! What a shame to see the organisation criticised. I think the organisers and marshalls did a great job in extremely bad weather. Many thanks

In full: Wow...so proud I finished. Such a hard run.. think i'm still traumatised. Still cold!!! Lovely lady volunteers at end were great..like mums - they wrapped you up all snug and got you tea.Thanks x

In short: You want to run a marathon?? Then run the Snowdonia!!
In full: This was my second snowdonia, i done last years which i thought was tough but my god what can i say this year was so so tough, i put my training in to prepare as i knew what to expect but still could not master those hills especially the dreaded last one, i walked up it because i tried to run it last year and cramped up badly. Near the top i started to un again then hit the descent!! Wow how scary is that?? it haunted me for months last year and im going to be the same for longer this time, Windy, Wild,Wet and slippy and muddy, cant believe i got down safely a second time.
I have got to say how proud i am of myself and all the other runners, Marshalls and brave supporters who where out yesterday to make this race an absolute must do marathon experience. As i said at the beginning "you want to run a Marathon? Then run the Snowdonia Marathon.
Another thing! Fantastic unforgetable Scenery, beautiful yet Haunting!!

In short: Well done marshalls!
In full: My fifth Snowdonia in a row. Was talking to a veteran of 21 (yes 21) Snowdonia marathons who confirmed 2008 was worst ever weather. Twisted my ankle 4 weeks ago so had to run/walk and was at the back. The marshalls were superb. In terms of food, I thought that there wasn't much, however I since found out at several stops it simply got blown away! Well done all finishers!
