In short: Excellent location, hills designed to test and a lovely finishing straight.
In full: My third 10k race. Excellent location and plenty to look at when you are out and about on the course. Hills were challenging but at least it was a nice day for a stroll at times! The finishing straight can not be faulted. I have to admit to getting halfway down the last straight and felt cream crackered so dropped to a walk and then I heard the commentary and time left in seconds to keep under certain minutes etc .... well nothing for it then, changed a gear and managed to sprint across the line only just stopping in time to be greated with a medal and a drink! What a way to finish. Whilst the hills will remain a little daunting I will return next year just to beat my pitiful time. Well organised event. Thank you.

In short: Only my second 10K. Really enjoyed it. Perfect day for a run. The hills (especially 3rd one) caught me out though! Can't wait for next year!

In short: Perfect Winter run - frost on the ground - low sun - mist through the trees - lovely - hills were hard work - still achieved sub 55min PB but it was hard work!

In full: Hills are as bad as last year !! But second time around they seamed shorter. Good finish down the hill and good support from the PA person.

In short: It's 3 out of 3 times running it and still 10 out of 10. The hills have acquired a legend status, they're hard but very do-able - don't be afraid - It's a must-do event -IMHO Great organisation as usual.
