In short: A lovely way to train for an autumn marathon
In full: A great run, the worst part for me was the conentration on not falling over (tree roots, ploughed fields). Perhaps a yellow sign at the final turn into the sports field. You can't see the finish and we hovered some time before someone waved us in. The only other thing you could organise is a little ray of sunshine to highlight the wonderful scenary.

In short: Very enjoyable run, first unmarshalled race so not used to running and reading a map - went wrong once 1/2 at end. Odd directional sign in places which helped.

In short: Absolutely bloomin marvellous!
In full: A fantastic off-road event. I even found myself running along smiling to myself at times! Good organisation and great camaraderie with fellow runners (hanging back to hold open gates for each other and grouping together to work out where to go next etc). I really enjoyed this run and, at 20 miles, it was 5 miles further than I've ever run before :)
If you are reading this because you are considering entering the 2010 race all I can say is stop pondering and just do it! (and no, I don't have anything to do with Dunstable Road Runners!).
