In short: Fast course, good organisation, value for moey and definate pb potential.
In full: Fast course if your lucky enough to get a calm day at blackpool which it was today, deceptive incline from the 10 mile point at bisham to the finish, all in all if the conditions are good, great potential for a pb.

In short: PB Potential.
In full: Worth doing just for the PB. Decent goody bag thrown in for good measure. A lot of concrete on the lower walk to concentrate the mind! but the golden mile with the tower made up for that.

In short: The cool drizzle and flat route was perfect for a even fast pace.
In full: The spectators sporadically lining the route where fantastic and very uplifting. Well done to all the helpers (especially the one I accidentally chucked my cup of water over), it must have been cold, wet and dreary day.
