In short: Very good race on a quick course.
In full: Really great race - only suggestion would be to get km markers as opposed to mile markers which will help the faster guys. I've given it a low level for beginner friendliness but that's because this is a fairly serious race and all the better for it I think.

In short: well organised, great pb potential
In full: a good well organised race only thing that let it down was the sub 30 min runners taking up all the pavement on their root back, if i have to stay to the left then so do you. dont care how fast you can do it in.

In short: Very, very quick course and well organised.
In full: Nice cool weather and a flat course give a great chance for a PB. Course is a bit narrow in places but as its a traffic free course this more than makes up for it. Gives a feel good boost just before Christmas.

In short: Great race – well organised, lots of friendly people. The scenery is great if you like railway cuttings! The tracks are narrow on the out and back section but it seems to work OK. It was cold – I puffed like a steam train and trod in a horse poo!

In full: The actual course was fine no realy hills to worry about etc but the out and back caused problems with overtaking the slower runners who had obvisouly over calculated there finish times. Wasn't untill about the 3.5mile mark the field opened up for overtaking. after that it was fine and did a PB. would do it again but mat have to start further up to get past people in future.

In short: Enjoyable race with a fast course
In full: Well organised race, with a fast course, although a bit tight on the paths towards the end when the feild was spread out. Would be so much better if the finish was in the grass arena area in the park, but I guess the course measurement dictates the syart and finish. Overall very good, and a nice medal at the end!
