In short: Nice course, nice marshalls and nice organisation..
In full: Worth running. Starts from an industrial estate, uses back lanes and is flat.
Was a bit of a headwind, and can be cold this time of year, but not too bad. Never congested (starts on a wide road), and two lap course (get to see the missus twice)...

Will be back next year.

In short: An excellent race.
In full: Very, very flat; loads of nice marshalls; no cars to speak of; a T shirt and a fruit loaf for all finishers; lovely sunshine; a great mix of people running. Honestly, what more could anyone want out of a race?
