In short: Not just the toughest, but the best 10k in Britain!
In full: What a great day - A seriously hard 10k but fantastic atmosphere, perfect for New Year's Day, excellent value for money - looking foward to posing round the office next week with my "Britain's Toughest 10k" mug - Extremely highly recommeded. My favourite 10k. When can I book up for next year?

In short: Do it!
In full: Your choices: You can strike out and go as fast as you can on this tough course - ridiculous. Or you can wear fancy dress for the toughest 10k in the country and spend the run having fun and struggling to keep your footing whilst dressed as whatever takes your fancy, also ridiculous. Or you do do something in the middle - a compromise that no Trionium runner would ever consider. So whatever you choose, it will be a ridiculous way to start your New Year, but what fantastic fun! Brilliant organisation and fab fun fun fun! Get your name on the back of the 2010 T shirt - it's a must.

In short: Wow! I'm still buzzing!!
In full: Fantastic day out on Box Hill. I had been nervous about this one for weeks, but it's not one to worry about times and positions. The handicap system meant that faries, nun's, santa's were spread all over the course. A bit expensive at £26 but I assume it is that they need to keep the numbers low.

In short: Great Race ... You know what you're going to get!
In full: This race is called the Knacker Cracker for a good reason. Even the few flat bits are tough because you are recovering from a steep up or downhill.
What a great final hill... makes the 100's of steps worthwhile .... well maybe not!

In short: I ache in new places but an excellent friendly race to start 2009
In full: Very hilly, so steep in places that I thought the steps were going to turn into a scamble and some rock climbing! But, great event, very nice organisation by Rob and family, thanks to all the marshalls. Fancy dress was fun and I could not think of a better way to start the new year
