In short: Great local trail race.
In full: One of the flatest trail races you'll get. Just one shallow hill to go up three times. First five miler for me so an instant PB! I'll be back next time.

In short: Just my kind of thing
In full: I bloody love running over the soft, loose, and fine-gravelled surfaces thayt make up the trails in this area, they are so much more forgiving on your body than concrete roads.

Thank you Astley and Tydlesley - this is a cracking little race, i will be back every year from now on.
