In short: The Horror, The Horror In full: Excellent race. A good mix of flat, steps & the Eiger. The usual expected excellent organisation of the Bitton crew. Crackin T-Shirt Gromit !! Date of review: April 13, 2007
In short: excellent race 10/10 In full: Last year was muddy and probably more fun, but this year has to have 10/10 for everything. route,organisation,t-shirt, great marshalls, lovely scenery and beautiful sunshine. It was nice to see a lot more runners this year, which made for a great atmosphere. Well done to all.
In short: Good hard run, smart t-shirt, will earned! Thanks Bitton Road Runners. In full: A lot more flattish bits than I expected, and could imagine what the mud would be like if the weather hadnt been so good. Challenging in parts to say the least, but all told, a great morning out and a cracking t-shirt. Date of review: April 8, 2007
In short: Had its teeth drawn by the dry weather In full: Given a 'normal' soggy spring it would really live up to its name. Must be one of the few races that would be enhanced by wet weather. Date of review: April 8, 2007
In short: Excellent. In full: Great race, everything you could want, mud, puddles, hills, steps and a rope up a mountain (well it felt like it). There was so much packed in to 6 miles that the time flew by, be back next year. Date of review: April 2, 2006
In short: Hard hills, a rope climb, but some bits directionless In full: Really enjoyed this event. Mud, some steep hills and a run along a towpath. Highlight was a hill so steep the organisors provided a rope to pull yourself up on. Great club feel about this one, smiley marshalls and I'd certainly do it again. Only downer was regarding so unmarked sections. Went wrong way once and was unsure of where to go another time. However, still a lot of fun. Date of review: April 3, 2005
