In short: Great environment and beautiful scerary however the organisation fo the event let it down
In full: Amazing grounds and environment to run a 10k race on a sunday. the organisation of the race was very poor however as to where the facilities. I would have paid an extra £5-£10 to run the race if it had been more organised

In short: Lots of marshalls, but seemed disorganised and disinterested. Waved on at the one water station if it indeed was one! ! Awards station was laughable but the quality o ff the medal and the wonderful location made it al l worthwhile.

In short: Nice race. Km markers aren't difficult.
In full: As with so many races, you wonder sometimes what you are getting for the money. Yes,the T shirt and Medal are nice. But we run partly for the event and its atmosphere. The organizer could have put a bit more into the welcome, the start and the prize giving-generating a bit more enthusiasm. The marshalls were mostly totally silent-with a few lovely exceptions.Yes,they were volunteers and some were students but really -give a bit more than bored looks. The odd "go on","not far now" or "pull your finger out" might have helped. The course is lovely,so not much to do there. But learn a lesson from the FREE 5K run on the same route every week. Runners won't be ripped off. This wasn't a rip-off but with a bit more effort it could have been a lot better!

In short: Would have liked to have km markers. Most of the Marshalls were not encouraging the runners.
