In short: Lovely scenery, and the hill wasn't half as bad as its pre-race publicity suggested!
In full: Really enjoyed this one - great organisation, plenty of space for changing etc in the sports hall, queues for ladies loos not too long, and a lovely undulating course through the Kent countryside. Wasn't racing this one, just training, so plenty of time and energy to enjoy the views.
Only two slight grumbles- the showers at the sports hall hadn't been switched on for us so had to stay stinky through lunchtime, and the brick pavement in Tunbridge Wells for the last 2 miles is VERY hard on the feet! But this was a great race. And a lovely shiny medal too

In short: excellent race as preparation for FLM, fortunately didn't remember how hard Spring Hill is!
In full: nice start this year with the timing chips, very relaxed. undulating is one of those nice understatements. thanks to the organisers a very smooth operation. easy access, easy parking even!

In short: Hilly course is not good for pbs but the route is scenic and varied. The organisation and facilities were excellent.

In short: Excellent run if training for the FLM. Hilly but lovely countryside.
In full: The first 6 miles make you feel like this is real PB potential but then there are 2 hills on 6ish and 8ish miles which really stretch you. But the setting is very picturesque and I'd definitely do it again. If you're training for the FLM then it's a useful test in your build up and far more testing than an flat 13.1 miles.

In full: Dun race although I had diarea for the last 6 miles and my stomach is well bad, apart from that it was good.
