In short: fast rural PB course
In full: Not quite pancake flat, but all the gradients are pretty gentle. its got definite PB potential if the conditions are favourable, as they were today. some pens at the start for sub 40 and 45 runners were a welcome addition. making these areas larger with a couple more for sub 50 and 55 would easy congestion others appear to have experienced. the organiser obviously put the Km markers out before he went to the pub this year, unlike last time ;-) 2nd successive PB for me here, and I will do my best to make it 3 next time around.

In short: Enjoyed it. Rather boring course (maybe that was the miserable weather) but well organised.

In short: Great run - hard work despite being so flat.
In full: Done this a few times before and always find it hard considering it is virtually flat. Always enjoy the setting (do the sprint tri here too) and wished I'd remembered my swim gear as was really warm for a cloudy day. Will definately be back! Parking very busy but well organised.

In short: Nice course, too many runners at tiny start, white t-shirt!!! Aghhhh
In full: Start is far too small for 1100 runners, 500 would be more like it. Course is good, small roads. Finish area is simple but ok. Horrible white t-shirts! YUCK so sick of them, bring back the mugs. Well worth running for the running.

In short: Well organised
In full: My only negative comment is that the T shirt could have been a bit better, but overall well done to the organisers, i am chuffed with todays run as I have set a new PB.
