In short: Not as flat as I was told it would be and heat made it a lot harder. Still a great race to do however.

In short: Should have been a fast one
In full: Did not feel up to it due to marathon week before and felt it but should have been a fast course, maybe next year.

In short: Great all round - organisation, friendly, scenery, course, value.
In full: A big thanks to the organisers, police, marshalls and medics. The only way to improve this race would be for the weather to be a bit more runner-friendly. Personally I'd rather have wet that hot. Hmmm .. and it seems niggly to mention the socks ...........

In short: socks !!
In full: I blew it this year in the heat, but it is a cracking race, ideal for first timers - but it isn't flat. Agree with others that we could do without the no-name Chav socks ! Excellent day all the same

In short: Great atmosphere. Great race. Enjoyed every minute of it!
In full: Second time for me, enjoyed it much more than last year (and knocked 14 mins off last years time). Scenery great, was it my imagination or could you see more of the lake this year? Weather great, brought out loads of spectators to keep us going and the last mile is fantastic. Excellent last serious workout before Anglesey Marathon 2 weeks later. Back next year, get your entry in early.
