In short: Excellent organisation, lovely T shirt, cool weather and friendly marshalls
In full: Brilliant race and thanks to everyone who organised and marshalled on the day.
Just one suggestion - any chance of an earlier start in future? Although we were lucky with cool weather this year the start of June can be blissfully hot, and an earlier start would also mean dicing with fewer cars on the Surrey lanes. Just a thought.

In short: Beware the last hill
In full: My first Dorking 10K and apart from going up the longer hill for the second time I really enjoyed it.

In short: Another great one, and less scorching than last year!
In full: I love this race. DMVAC has done it again; this year's Dorking 10 was another beautifully planned and superbly marshalled race. This year, the weather also co-operated and we had a relatively cool race - a much different picture than last year's scorcher! Thanks to all at DMVAC, and see you next year!

In short: Some 'nice' undulations
In full: Third time in a row I have done this and once again a superbly hosted event by Dorking and Mole Valley AC. Marshalling was excellent, enthusiastic and friendly. Race course is on the road and around some of the best countryside SE England has to offer. The undulating route proved to be a tough challenge for me this year but this is still one of my favourites.

In short: A course with a sting in its tail!
In full: A decent, well attended event and one to which I will definitely want to return older but wiser, having been caught out by the succession of climbs in the latter stages.

There was no shortage of marshalls, who did their job well unlike the numpty with the hosepipe at the second water station who didn't seem to understand the words "not for me thanks".

In short: Suffering from a fast start!
In full: Enjoyable race. Unfortunately the combination of fine dining in Paris the previous week, a cricked neck and setting off ludicrously fast meant 7 miles of struggle and runners streaming past. 16 mins off last years time, so not all bad. Will be back!
