In short: Oh my GOD...SO MUCH FUN!!!!
In full: who knew you could have so much outrageously good fun in a country park and a free swim partway through (yes I got a really good soaking) No PBs but really who cares anyway?

In short: Fantastic Six'ish MT Race
In full: A really good friendly race, through plenty of mud with some challenging 'hills' (or slopes to be exact?) and a stream. Was good fun and I'd definitely look to do it again next year.

In short: Magnificent event! A silly race for silly people!
In full: Very tough race but great fun. Well organised, friendly marshalling, outrageously muddy! A must on the racing calendar.

In short: Have run it many times and will continue to do so!
In full: Best ever suicide six. Start much improved, course was better due to a few tweeks. This is one of my fave races. Great job by the marshalls yet again. Not as chilly as last year thank goodness! Looking forward to 2009 when can I enter ?

In short: The start set the scene.
In full: What a crazy race, sent back at the start to make sure we hit a hill first - Brill! Being of the more conventional city halfs and 10K's this was a refreshing break from sterile street runs, you can have absoloutley no strategy when trying to overtake some other hapless soul on a hill and your both knee deep in mud. Did a very pedestrian 46 mins, but when having to queue at some of the single file bits, i found good natured runners all up for more mud! Never going to be one to suit those in pursuit of the off road PB - but a definite 100% thumbs up from me!

In short: Great fun, nervous before but over the moon at the end
In full: It was wonderful, not as muddy as expected and great fun. Only a tee shirt but how could that detract from the wonderful feeling of getting up those steeps!

In short: fantastic event
In full: Alot warmer than last year but also more treacherous - I think the organisers import extra slippy mud for the day .The loudest crowd ever at the water crossing (especially when I went under). A must do race for all runners regardless of ability
