In short: Other race organisers could learn alot from this very friendly and good value event
In full: The organisers of this race get it just right. It was well run whilst retaining a friendly atmosphere. Having a 1,000 runner limit is a great thing, small is beautiful, as it means that the facilities and organisation dont get overrun. Other successful runs get too greedy and it ruins them.

In short: Well organised, flat, good value "local " half.
In full: It's all been said - well organised half through (almost) flat countryside, good value. Would echo earlier comment re water sation at end of the race - needs to be further away from the finish funnel. Well done to organisers and all the supportive marshalls. Well worth my 150 mile trip - could be back!

In short: Very good race, well organised and well marshalled
In full: Quick start, but soon spread out to plenty of room for runners, marshalls all very friendly. Course well marked with mile markers in correct place (unlike some recent races) Many thanks to WHH
