In short: Well organised, but tougher than it looks!
In full: Really well organised race. Congested start, but that probably can't be helped. Interesting through town, and then pretty through the countryside (save for when going over the M3!) A fair mix of speeds - speedy winners, but I came in at 2 hours 20, and there were still another 1000 behind me, so I didn't feel too bad. The organisers could have done without the bunch of minging male runners having a pee in the locals gardens though - there were loads of portaloos, so no need - and it just gives the rest of us runners a bad name!!

In short: Well organised and supported. New location of the start was an improvement, although some tight turns and a bit congested during the loop round the houses. Finish was well organised, with medals, water and bananas being given out.

In short: First DNF for me.
In full: Not my day for this one, and jacked it in after the first loop (just too tempting). Scenary not the best, at least around Fleet town. Would probably have enjoyed the loop out into the country mor.
The start was congested - not the organisers fault, just the usual hopefuls pushing to the front and ignoring the timing banners, though after 2 surges before the start I think Id moved from 1:40 to 1:15 in the crowd. Lots of turns in the first 2 miles, combined with slow runners made it difficult to hit a steady pace.
Would probably come back next year for another crack as its local, but wish Id gone to Hastings. (Its better, honest)

In short: Best organised race I have run so far
In full: Really good course, pb'd by more than 9 minutes, 3 and half year old pb too!
I've done several much bigger races and this was by far the best organised especially at the start and finish. The support through the town and the villages was excellent. Loved the tubs of jelly babies on offer in the villages.
Can't wait for next year!

Congratulations to the organisers, volunteers and the people of Fleet and surrounding villages.

In short: This was my first time in this race. Everything went smoothly from car parking to post-finish line refreshment. No stressful scrum at start, good friendly atmosphere, well marshalled and good support along the route. I would do it again.
