In short: A great finish for an enjoyable race.
In full: As already mentioned, there were a few minor gripes over the km markers, water station and the start but overall it was a well organised race. The marshalls were very supportive and it was great running into Pride Park at the finish (even though I detest DCFC!). Also, I really liked the t-shirts which were of good quality.

In short: Great run, but watering hole a let-down!
In full: 2nd time doing the Derby 10k, and enjoyed it thoroughly! Was disappointed in the water facilities - a small plastic cup with a couple of mouthfuls, which consuming whilst running is hard - would have preferred a bottle. Didn't see many KM markers, but that wasn't really an issue for me. Would definitely recommend.

In short: Great 2nd 10k
In full: This was the second 10k I've done and god was it an improvement. Great route, nice and flat but not boring. Great organisation except I must say up to about 5 k I didn't see hardly any markers and I'm sure the 5k one wasn't right as 6 only seemed round the corner? Running into pride park was great as a rams fan and my family there and had loads of energy left so bombed it to the finish line still feeling quite fresh. T-shirt nice and I got a free massage at the end. Will def be doing this next year!

In short: Great race - good for PBs - well organised
In full: Well organised (apart from long queue to get in car park). Lots of support and excellent marshalls. Did a PB too by nearly 3 mins so well chuffed !

In short: Great organisation & marshalling, lots of encouragement
In full: 3rd year I've done this and it just gets better. Excellent organisation and marshalling, cracking finish too. Shame about the KM Markers. My missus spotted them but I didn't! Got a PB so not unhappy, just need to get my pacing right so i can go even quicker!

In short: Good fun, well organised.
In full: Getting out of the car park could be a prob. Next time, I'd enter the Fun Run too. It starts 1½ hours after the main event so you could do both.

In short: Big improvement since last time I ran this one.
In full: Last ran this race two years ago, the start than was terrible, people walking within 200 meteres of the start!
The year before the finish was poor, queing up to pick up t-shirt before finish line.
This year for such a large field thought was excellent.
The finish is always going to be good in this race with it being in such a great stadium, coudnt resist going flatout once inside.

In short: Recomemnd it but don't follow the pace setters if you want a time!!!
In full: Needed more km markers and the 50 minute pacers were on another planet?? I started just behind them and finsihed a second under 50mins but i didn't see the pacers for most of the race? Having checked the results they finished in 48 1/2 mins - not very good pacers, ARE THEY??

Apart from that, it was a very enjoyable race and would recommend it (especially the stadium finish) to anyone thinking of entering next year!!!
