In short: Very flat as promised & I got a PB
In full: The first half along the road is a bit dull, but the tow path was lovely. Nice & friendly marshalls

In short: Fast, flat course. Nice way to start a Sunday
In full: First time I have run this race. I liked the fast, flat course, although it did get a bit congested in places along by the river. However you can't beat running by the Thames on a Sunday morning.

Definitely a 'clubby' race, and seemed to be very little by the way of medical assistance. A couple of runners I saw were in need of assistance as it got quite warm after 10am. Credit to the organisers for the 9-30 start.

In short: Great flat course, well organised, PB potential
In full: Slightly intimidated by the club runners, but this resulted in a fast race which encouraged the competitive spirit. Many thanks to the woman on the bicyle who encouraged me to sprint at the end - could you follow me around the whole course next time then I might achieve the sub 50 min time that I am aiming for this year. Even at 45 I know I can do it! (Although I may have to give up drinking champagne the night before a race!)

In short: Great course for a pb
In full: Lived up to all my expectations of a 10k race. Well organised, efficently run and I liked the G/S/B medal thing, certainly spured me on to avoid the bromze!

In short: Good flat route, well marshelled and generally well organised
In full:
A little bit clubby but overall a good atmosphere with a well marshelled flat route.

The organisation was good although let down a bit by the start which was a bit chaotic! Please put a line down next year so that us folk at the back actually know where it is!

In short: Another well organised race. The 2nd 5K along the towpath is always worth waiting for. Medals were not as nice as last year but then its the event that counts, not the gong! Well done to everyone involved.
