In short: Excellent and friendly mid-week event, ideal for first-timers.
In full: Not really a change of scene for me as I use the route as a training run! But well organised, well marshalled, well attended and well supported! Very friendly atmosphere and a great midweek event, ideal for newcomers. Nice t-shirt at the end made a welcome change from tacky medal. Will definitely be back next year!

In short: This was my first proper race, I don't count the Race For Life,and I am hooked on them now. I wasn't put off by the runners at the start asking me "what time I expected to do the race in?"
