In short: Flat course great for beginners stepping up the distance
In full: Only my second ever race after a Race for Life and I'm so chuffed to finish the 8 miler in a respectable time. Lovely first 3 miles to Hampton Court along the river then fairly boring roadside run to finish. Forget about the goody bag and head for the Ascis stall selling 40 quid shoes at the finish!

In short: Terrific organization, as always
In full: Very pleased with my course PB this year :-) But even without pb, this (and the Breakfast Run) are ones I always come back to, because of the distance itself, the flat course, the organization and the ease of getting there (about 15 miles away for me).

In short: Good race, did a PB for the race 28 minutes quicker than March
In full: Would prefer medal than the mug or at least a mug that distinguishes between the 8.2 and 16 mile race.
