In short: Good run. Nice hot soup at the end.
In full: As I was running in road shoes I had worried about sliding about in the mud, but it wasn't too muddy. The water in the stream was cold though! Well organised, although it wasn't obvious where they were serving the soup.

In short: Great fun. Hard work on the hill but worth it
In full: Really enjoyed this race. It is the first xc I have done for many years and will not be the last. Definitely harder than any 10K road runs

In short: Fab
In full: A fun and challenging course. Not so sure I want to see the pic of myself falling out of the other side of the brook but hey, it all added to the excellent atmosphere of the race. Thanks for the lovely mug!

In short: Tadley Runners put on an excellent race again, great fun although the muddy legs took some cleaning !
In full: Looks like word is getting round about what a good race this is, there seemed to be loads more entries than last year.

Definitely one for next year's diary although I may enter in advance in future as I'd be gutted to miss it if entries reach their limit.

In short: Friendly proper XC with a few cheeky bits. Hot soup at the end.
In full: I did this last year and it's growing in popularity. Fun and well organised as I have come to expect from Tadley Runners. A great end to my 2006 racing season.
