In short: Great Race,
In full: Support from complete strangers was fantastic, as was the cup of water from the smiling girls at the end. Please don't change it next year!

In short: fantastic race suberb organisation, friendly & encouraging marshalls
In full: well done Ampthill & Flitwick Flyers. A fantastic race, always run better in the evening. Addition of bar-b-q made it into a special social occassion.
Looking forward to next year.

In short: Fast, flat, massage, bbq, what more do you want?
In full: Great flat course, just lacking slightly behind a road race for great pb potential. Nice that the weather held out. Will be back next year with the family to take full advantage of the BBQ etc.

In short: Great friday evening run with no traffic to worry about
In full: This was the first time I have run this race, I quite like evening races and this one was excellent, I even came away with a PB so its a fast course too, I shall be back next year to see if I can do even better. Well Done Ampthill & Flitwick Flyers

In short: Wonderful. Just Wonderful
In full: Once again Ampthil and Flitwick Flyers have put on a great race here. Weather was spot on to set the scence in this picture postcard location. Marshalls were the best i have ever come across and organisation was as smooth as melted butter. Beautiful scenary, the limit of people once again stopped over crowding. I cannot praise this race enough. Last year it was my first ever race and this year I managed a new PB of 19:34 so im well happy. Absolutely awesome race.
