In short: Not as flat as I'd thought, but definite PB potential, small enough field to enjoy the race and have no issues dodging and weaving.

In short: A brilliant race with an excellent route and good weather (this year)!
In full: Despite the horrendous traffic getting to the start and the 10 minute delay, the race went smoothly. The organisation is good, enough water stations and an entertaining announcer! Not sure about the last turn where the marshall told people to turn in front of him as a freind said he saw runners turning quite a few metres short.

In short: Great course and well organised.
In full: Great course, well organised and a PB in excellent weather conditions. Not impressed with goody (leaflet) bag, could have done with something to eat instead of leaflets and a cheap medal that went straight in the bin. Did the reverse 10 in Pontypridd recently, goody bag had 2 gells, an energy bar and a mars bar!

In short: Beautiful coastline, good surface to run on PB potential when weather conditions are good
In full: A good event, the sun was shining and the scenery along the coast was well worth the visit. The course undulates throughout with no nasty hills but I had to pull all the stops out to get a personal best. I've not run this one before, I would think that the exposed runs along the coast would be very difficult in bad weather because even on such a beautiful day the wind felt quite strong at times. The organisation was good although a slightly delayed start which is always a bit of a pain but sometimes unavoidable. good support from the crowd at the end but not too much en route. overall a great day and I would definately run this again. well done to all involved in the organisation

In short: Excellent race again! One of my favourite courses!
In full: Marshalls and helpers at water stations great and encouraging! Thank you for your hard work. Chip timing is great (PB for me 1.29!!) The goodie bag once again like last year was a waste of time, I dont want a bag of leaflets put a snack bar or a energy drink in there!!!!
This is a great race and the weather was kind this year.

In short: Good race could have been spoilt by an hour getting out of Car park before a 5 hour drive homee!
In full: Good race, great scenery with a good medal, Tee Shirt and free massage. The fact that I did a PB of 1 hr 39 mins made the 280 mile trip from Ramsgate Kent worthwhile. brilliant! PS Where were the car park attendants after the race??

In short: Been training for a while and an ok race. found it dis-heartening that you have to double back on yourself twice so fast runners always passing you. Quite hilly with a big hill the last 2 miles. good race though.
