In short: Yet again Hastings shows the others how to put on a race
In full: Weather was great, support incredible and yet again this proves to be a highlight. The medal were not the usual brass mounted on a leather martingale (for the 1st 500) which was a shame as it is always nice to get these.

Goody bags seemed to run out for those finishing further back - my wife did not get one and still came in in the top half of the finishers.

That said it is a special race and will be back for more next year.

In short: Found the hills challenging so no PB - but respectable time!
In full: The start/finish area could have been laid out better and unless I missed a whole raft of them somewhere, better portaloo provision would have been great. The best thing about this race for me was the support along the way - excellent.

In short: The best supported race I've done. Hills a challenge but I smashed my PB!
In full: Fantastic support, especially from the churches and pubs. Challenging run, but really enjoyed it. Felt the end could have been better organised as I had to ask someone where I could find water, but free tea for runners was a nice touch. Oh and would have considered getting the hoodie if the ladies one wasn't such an awful pink colour!

In short: Well Supported Race
In full: A fairly challenging race which was very well supported along the route by the locals.

I thought the baggage area was a bit of a mass bundle, and signs for toilets, etc were not particularly good, but overall a worth while experience

In short: Incredible support makes up for the gruelling hill(s) - thank you to supporters who lined the route!
In full: This event is just so good for our town. We obviously do churches and pubs pretty well as the support from both is amazing! Thank you to all the supporters and the organisers for a great race.
