In short: Hot. In full: This race really is cursed with baking hot weather! Few small inclines, otherwise pretty flat along cycle tracks, quiet residential paths, and country gravel tracks, with a track finish back at the Sports Centre.
Compliments to Harlow RC - very well organised, great marshalling and catering. Date of review: July 27, 2008
In short: Very enjoyable In full: First Harlow 10, very impressed. 3 water stations helped, as did the sponges. Marshalls were excellent, organisation very good so definately one to do again. Good job! Date of review: July 27, 2008
In short: Thanks Harlow RC for fantastic marshalling In full: Well organised, plenty of encouraging, helpful and friendly marshalls, good parking (thanks Essex Air Cadets for your help), three water stations (although I could have done with the sponge station sooner). Not PB potential - unless you're a heat freak! Back again next year - let's hope for rain. Date of review: July 27, 2008
In short: A very well organised race. In full: A very well organised race. Thank you to all the marshalls and helpers. I was glad of the early kick-off as it was a very hot day. There were plenty of water stations and some shade to be had through the country lanes. An enjoyable route with enough challenging undulations to make it interestings. Date of review: July 27, 2008
