In short: Some odd organisation but a very pleasant work out
In full: Did this as a training work-out for autumn 1/2 marathon. Three testing hills but time was surprisingly quick. Difficult to judge pace as the kilometre markers were all over the place (I did the 8th km in 2m 20s!! Yeah). Nice warm morning and good to see a big entry. Pity there was no PA at the start, it was all a bit of a muddle finding where to line up and knowing when the race had started.

In short: Good, multi-terrain 10k
In full: Thought the organisation could have a been a bit better and the km marks seemed not very accurate.
Warm day and did a very poor time not helped by having a slight injury to my leg.
Good mug at the end though and a very big field this year.

In short: A very scenic, testing course - shame about the slightly chaotic start.
In full: A lot of confusion over where (and which way) the start was and no time bandings like there'd been in previous years. Hence I spent most of the race trying to overtake slower runners on very narrow paths, leading to a disappointing time. However, the course is lovely and I'll definately be back.

In short: Some tough hills but good fun! Well marshalled. Nice mug.

In short: A great race! Worth noting that there are a few hills involved but don't let this put you off.
