In short: FANTASTIC
In full: Fantastic! Having been one of the first to moan about last year I must say this year was great. Well organised and enjoyable the marshals deserve special praise for their attitude and enthusiasm. Please let the organising Army unit know how well represented they were.

The new start is very nice and the route very creative (unless you are looking for a PB!) a great day see you next year.

In short: Very friendly well organised event, that hill will live long in my memory,
In full: Very well organsied, free parking and well marked and marshalled course. Mainly tank tracks with plenty of challenge. The hill at 4K was hugh, very step and long going up and steeper and slippy (loose stones) going down. Felt very pleased to have completed this course and would recommend the race to all, but make sure you are reasonably fit.

In short: Fab race despite the killer hill!!!
In full: Great race despite the cold and horrendous hill, so well organised by the army and great support on the way round from the army guys. Tough hill but made it, I personally didn't get a PB but my husband did.

In short: My first race. The first of many I've decided.
In full: This was my first race and so I was a bit nervy but I started at the back and kept a comfortable pace. I found the course fantastic with just the right amount of undulation early on then suddenly in the distance a huge hill. It was fine though. A cracking pace down the other side. I really enjoyed this. Organisation was proffesional.

In short: Slick organisation, big hill, great race.
In full: Yes, that was a tough hill alright...great organisation though, plenty of soldiers in hi-viz everywhere, marshalling the race and parking (poor things!)and giving loads of encouragement. Great set up; will be back.
