In short: Great race!
In full: Great organisation and cheerful marshalls all around course, good facilities at the start, decent technical shirt in the goodie bag and a thoroughably enjoyable race. Hill after 4 miles was a little tough but knew it was coming so was ready for it! As mentioned a pity some of the car drivers couldn't chill out a bit as I could see they were moaning a bit to the marshalls.

In short: A proper course this one
In full: 1st time I've run this one - and a very enjoyable 10 miles it was. Only one real challenging part between miles 4 and 5 and the uphill finish was nowhere near as bad as some made it out to be - probably because its on the last mile and at the top its only about 500 metres to go. Great goody bag too -and the chocolate milk shake was delicious.

In short: Great race and spot on organistion- faultless! The sort of race that has few downhills for recovery !! A challenging finish!!

In short: What a great run. Challenging hills but fast stretches to match. Fantastic organisation and a great goody bag. Early start meant I was home in deep Essex at 11.30am
