In full: A great setting for a very enjoyable run, very friendly and welcoming. First time for me here but will definitely be back next year

In short: Excellent multi terrain
In full: Very friendly marshalls and great organisation.Excellent value refreashments afterwards.The course is one of the easier multi terrains I've done and would make a good race for any multiterrain first timers.

In short: Great race with Great marshalls.
In full: Really enjoyed this varied, intresting course. Other runners and the wonderful marshalls made this a really enjoyable run, even if I'm a bit sore now!!!

In short: As multi-terrain races go pretty good.
In full: Great scenery and a varied terrain route makes this a lot of fun.
Well organised and well marshalled.
A great race if you want an introduction into multi-terrain races.

In full: My second time for running this race and a definate must for your calendar.
Organisation, marshalls, course, tea and cakes all excellent. Brought 3 friends for their first multi-terrain race and they loved it. Quite a hard race and well worth it.

In short: A variety of obstacles make this run really engaging and fun!
In full: You could tell this was going to be a great run from the start - lots of club runners, but a really friendly atmosphere. The variety of terrain and obstacles made for a great run that was all about 'getting out there' and enjoying the outdoors (forget PBs!). The marshals were fantastic today - really lively - thanks for a great race!

In short: A fantastic run through some beautiful countryside
In full: Really great run with enormously varied terrain, including river section which was lots of fun. Not great for beginners but lively atmosphere and great organisation.

In short: Great course, well marshalled, cold river ! not too muddy but slippery styles were a challenge.

In full: Bright sunny morning, lovely scenery, firm conditions underfoot, friendly and encouraging marshalls and ice cold water to run through. What more could you ask for?
