In short: Fab race, organisation could improve
In full: Second year of running this - love the scenery and the hills. Disappointed this year with the queues for registration and lack of momento. Please post out next year.

In short: good scenic course well worth running
In full: Could be better organised but the course was well worth running, one testing hill at the end but it wasn't too long.

In short: lovely course
In full: I really enjoyed the run through the trees, the bluebells would have been at their prime a month earlier but it still looked pretty. It was unfortunate to have the entrance to the carpark crossing the race & not much post race atmosphere, just a queue of cars.

In short: Very scenic with the hill from hell.
In full: A good challenging run through some great terrain. Here a couple of observations for next time.Car parking was good and organised, though it did cross the race path stopping a quick exit. The instructions at the start could not be heard by the runners, the style was more of a surprise than it should have been. The cars coming down the road was a pain with the runners in the road. The pre registration desks should have been highlighted better. The queues were not managed, nobody knew which one to get into.

In short: A nice run in the country
In full: A local race for me, and worth the trip this time, although I don't know if I'd go back. Easy to find, loads of parking and good organisation pre-race. After waiting about 5 minutes at the start line listening (or not) to a guy who I could barely hear three rows back, we got going. A nice course, a few more hills than I thought there would be, but a nice run in the country. My only moan(s) were that I waited ages to get a Twix, but gave up because there was only one lady serving, and she had lots of tea to make, and there was only exit out of the car park, loads of people wanted to leave, so we all funnelled into one place and the race finished across the exit, so we had to wait to get out, which was a bit annoying. Apart from that, an ok experience.

In short: Scenic and different
In full: I was very surprised to see so many runners turn up for a race that was in the middle of nowhere (if that's not being rude). The scenery was lovely, especially when you made it up to the top of some of the steep hills ! Signage directing you towards the race was very poor though.

In short: Fare was £2 more than announced: 12, not ten. Bad points! Unexpected style to queue for after 2K, not good for your PB!
