In short: Hot day.
In full: was a hot day but with plenty of water stations it was fine, sponges were a nice touch too..marshalls & local support were excellent.lovely setting in the water park with enough to do for my family who came along to support me..my only problem was lack of decent prep in the last two weeks, leaving me 12 minutes slower than the half i did 5 weeks ago,,thats my problem though & nothing to do with this well organised & friendly race..

In short: It was hot!
In full: The two hills towards the end (esp the last one) were painful.
Really good parking and organisation, shower facility was really good.
Only negative is the first water station was only on one side of the road and runners were still grouped so that slowed us down.
