In short: A great challenge. Very friendly supportive marshals with jelly babies!
In full: This was the first organised half marathon i have attempted. All in all it was a good experience! Very muddy after mile 8, i didnt think the mud and puddles were ever going to end! I enjoyed the scenery though, more so as i havent seen Portsmouth past Gunwharf Quays!
It would have been good to have a few more toilets at the start. I arrived 30 mins before the start but was late starting the race as the loo queue was huge.

In short: very muddy!
In full: Great course but very tough from 8-12 miles, thought the mud and wet would not end!!

In short: Was my first 1/2 marathon was a challenge, but a wonderful experience
